Description: Vibro-Acoustic Consultants is an emerging company based in downtown San Francisco, CA that develops unique noise and vibration solutions for advanced technology facilities in the microelectronic, nanotechnology, biotechnology, and solar panel development industries as well as other tech fields. Our consultancy work spans the globe and everywhere we have been, we have returned superior results to the client. Our list of clients includes industry leaders such as Freescale, IBM, Samsung, Seagate, as well as major research universities such as University of California, Berkeley, Stanford and Georgia Tech. We work with clients across North America and overseas (particularly China, Taiwan, and Singapore). We have also worked with the United States government to aid the noise and vibration design of new cutting-edge research laboratory facilities.

We are currently seeking a full-time employee with experience in acoustical consulting, client coordination, and project management. Acoustic experience shall include a minimum of 4 years in the areas of room acoustics, sound isolation, environmental noise study, HVAC system noise control, and vibration measurements. Candidate should also be familiar with environment noise and boundary element modeling programs. Bachelors degree is required and the candidate must be willing to travel domestically as well as internationally. Firm theoretical foundation in acoustics and vibration is essential.
